Change 1 Woman (C1W) is a women-led initiative designed to uplift and empower women in the branding, print, and signage industries. We believe meaningful change starts with one conversation. By helping just one woman, we are causing a ripple effect that transforms many lives.

C1W isn’t about large time commitments or complex programs. It’s about taking small, meaningful actions in your own sphere of influence—creating a community where women connect, share experiences, and support each other’s growth.

In South Africa, women make up 51.1% of the population and are often the backbone of their families.

Yet, they face disproportionate unemployment and inequality. With youth unemployment reaching 60.8% in Q2 of 2024, the need for empowerment and opportunity has never been more urgent.

C1W is open to everyone, men and women alike, who want to support the mission of empowering women in our industry. With no joining fees, C1W offers opportunities for companies to sponsor networking events, contributing to initiatives for women, and making training and mentorships available for women, allowing businesses to play an active role in supporting this movement.

C1W exists to spark that change, one woman at a time.
